TrackMyFuel ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect minimal information to provide our Service:

  • •Location Data — Your GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) are used in real-time to show nearby fuel stations and calculate distances. We do NOT store, log, or transmit your location to any server.
  • •Payment Information — When you purchase premium access, payment is processed entirely by Razorpay. We receive only a transaction ID and payment status. We do NOT collect, store, or have access to your card number, UPI ID, bank details, or any sensitive financial information.
  • •Usage Data — Basic anonymized analytics such as page visits and feature usage to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

  • •To provide and maintain the Service — showing nearby fuel stations with real-time availability.
  • •To process premium access payments and validate active sessions.
  • •To improve the Service based on usage patterns.
  • •To communicate important updates about the Service.

3. Payment Processing

All payments on TrackMyFuel are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Razorpay handles all sensitive payment data securely. We do NOT store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or any other payment credentials on our servers. 4. Location Data

TrackMyFuel requests access to your device's GPS/location only to sort fuel stations by proximity and show your location on the map. This data is processed entirely on your device (client-side) and is NOT sent to or stored on our servers. You can deny location permission, and the app will still function — stations will be listed without distance sorting.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser Local Storage (not cookies) to store your premium session information (session ID, expiry time) on your device. This data is automatically deleted when the session expires (after 1 hour). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies.

6. Data Retention

Payment transaction records are retained in our database for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Session data expires automatically after 1 hour and is removed from your device. We do not retain any personal identification data, location history, or browsing history.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

TrackMyFuel is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
