1. Premium Access — Purchase Details

TrackMyFuel offers a one-time premium access for ₹5 (Indian Rupees Five) that is valid for 1 hour from the moment of purchase. This is NOT a subscription — there are no recurring charges, auto-renewals, or hidden fees. Each purchase is a single transaction.

2. Cancellation Policy

Since premium access is activated instantly upon successful payment and provides immediate access to real-time fuel data, cancellation is generally not applicable. Key points:

  • Pre-Purchase: You may close the payment window at any time before completing the transaction. No charge will be made.
  • Post-Purchase: Once payment is successful and premium access is activated, the purchase cannot be cancelled as the digital service is delivered instantly.
  • No Auto-Renewal: There is no subscription to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time ₹5 charge for 1 hour of access.

3. Refund Policy

We process refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Payment Deducted but Access Not Granted — If ₹5 was debited from your account but premium access was not activated (due to a technical error), you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Duplicate Payment — If you were charged twice for the same session due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
  • Service Outage — If TrackMyFuel experiences a complete service outage during your premium session making the service entirely unusable, you may request a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • You purchased premium access and used the service as intended (viewed fuel status, map markers, etc.).
  • Your 1-hour premium session expired naturally.
  • You were dissatisfied with the fuel data accuracy — TrackMyFuel provides information "as is" and does not guarantee accuracy.
  • You forgot to use the premium access within the 1-hour window.
  • You cleared your browser data/cookies/local storage causing the session to end early.
  • Network or internet issues on your end that prevented you from using the service.
  • Change of mind after purchase.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Email us at trckmyfuel.in@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include the following details: Date and time of payment, Amount charged (₹5), Razorpay Payment ID (if available, found in payment confirmation), Description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Refund Amount

All eligible refunds will be for the full amount of ₹5 (the premium access price). No partial refunds are applicable as the service is a single, fixed-price offering. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet).

7. Razorpay Payment Disputes

If you face any payment-related issues (failed transactions, pending charges, etc.), you may also contact Razorpay directly through their support at https://razorpay.com/support/ or through your bank. For any disputes, we will cooperate fully with Razorpay and your financial institution to resolve the issue.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
