Introduction

Welcome to TrackMyFuel ("Service"), operated at trackmyfuel.in. By accessing or using TrackMyFuel, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and TrackMyFuel ("we", "us", "our").

1. Service Description

TrackMyFuel is a web-based platform that provides real-time information about fuel availability (petrol, diesel, CNG), queue/rush levels, and estimated waiting times at fuel stations. This information is updated by authorized area managers. TrackMyFuel is an information service only — we do not sell fuel, operate fuel stations, or guarantee fuel availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TrackMyFuel. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. No registration or account creation is required to use the free features of TrackMyFuel.

3. Premium Access

TrackMyFuel offers a premium feature that unlocks real-time fuel status, station markers on map, rush levels, and waiting time estimates. Details of the premium access:

  • •Price: ₹5 (Indian Rupees Five) per session, inclusive of all taxes.
  • •Duration: Each premium session is valid for 1 hour from the time of purchase.
  • •Scope: Premium access unlocks fuel status visibility, map markers, rush level, and waiting time data.
  • •No Subscription: This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. There are no auto-renewals.
  • •Device-Specific: Premium access is tied to the device and browser used at the time of purchase.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets. The total amount charged is ₹5 per premium session. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service (https://razorpay.com/terms/).

5. Pricing

TrackMyFuel offers the following pricing:

  • •Free Access — View list of fuel stations with name, location, area, city, and brand. Get directions to any station.
  • •Premium Access — ₹5 for 1 hour — Unlock fuel status (Available / Low / Out of Stock / Tanker Arriving), rush level, estimated waiting time, map markers with live data, and tanker arrival countdown.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date fuel availability information, TrackMyFuel does NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed. Fuel status is updated by human managers and may not reflect real-time conditions. You should always verify fuel availability at the station. TrackMyFuel is not responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damage caused by reliance on the information provided.

7. User Responsibilities

By using TrackMyFuel, you agree to:

  • •Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • •Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • •Not scrape, copy, or redistribute content from TrackMyFuel without permission.
  • •Not misuse the premium session system (e.g., sharing sessions, tampering with local storage).
  • •Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws while using the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and features of TrackMyFuel are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackMyFuel and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from inaccurate fuel data, wasted trips, delays, or any reliance on the information provided. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackMyFuel, its operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We may also update the pricing, features, or duration of premium access. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
